Focus Enterprises, Inc., is a vertically integrated real estate development, construction and management company based in Valparaiso, Indiana. Focus has developed residential communities, apartment projects, restaurants, commercial retail projects, intermediate and long-term skilled nursing homes and most recently, a chain in excess of 22 select service hotels in the Midwest. Focus is a vertically integrated company that develops and manages all activities in the successful formulation of ventures. Activities managed in the course of a single project include design, feasibility, analysis, estimating, bidding, construction, cost control, audit procedures, furniture, fixtures and equipment, design and purchasing, pre-marketing, pre-opening and on-going day-to-day management of the asset venture.

As our name implies, our commitment to excellence remains focused.  We operate our hotels to the highest standards in the hospitality industry, as demonstrated by the numerous awards bestowed on us by our franchisors and the communities in which we're located.  Our philosophy is two-fold; to consistently provide excellence in hotel management by providing clean and well maintained hotels, staffed by friendly people and establishing strong, profitable operations.

The "Focus" companies comprise in excess of 400 employees with approximately 40 of them located at the Valparaiso, Indiana headquarters. Extensive community involvements, such as providing support to many organizations, continuous reinvestment in our hotels, innovative employee rewards and a development program known as "Focus on Excellence", all attribute to the success of Focus hotels and real estate ventures.

As a management company our greatest strengths are the expertise found in our experienced management team, a decision making process driven by customer needs and a commitment to the communities in which we are involved.
